Sexually transmitted diseases are still a health, social and economic problem in many countries. In some countries it is mentioned that intensive counseling programs will reduce the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases or at least the incidence is relatively fixed. Nevertheless, in as large countries the incidence of STDs remains relatively high. Most people with sexually transmitted diseases are adolescents aged 15-29 years. The high number of cases of sexually transmitted diseases, especially in the adolescent age group, one of the causes is the level of knowledge of adolescents are still relatively low. This will ultimately affect the level of adolescent knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases.rnThis research uses descriptive method. The population in this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 BagorBagor District Nganjuk District. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, population and sample taken partly, simple random sampling with the number 98 respondents.rnThe result of this research is that most of respondents (51%) have less knowledge of 50 respondentsand only a small percentage of respondents (20%) have good knowledge of 20 respondents.rnBased on the results of this study, it is known that knowledge of adolescents about sexually transmitted diseases is less. This is because respondents have not much knowledge or get information about sexually transmitted diseases.
